Why We Started Making 3D Printed Products

Before PrintMorrow, John worked in footwear design and retail.
He kept seeing the same problems return — shoes that felt too heavy, trapped heat, and never fit wider feet quite right.
Bob, a materials and process engineer, heard the same frustrations from his wife, a night-shift nurse:
back supports that ran hot and didn’t really support.
At home, their rescue dog Bolt could chew through every “tough” toy in minutes.
They tried every fix they could find.
Lighter EVA still trapped heat.
Memory foam missed the right pressure zones.
Injection-molded toys tore too easily and held dirt in rough seams.
And improving any of this meant new molds — slow, expensive, and resistant to even a one-millimeter change.
So they decided to start fresh.
They brought the craft into a row of large-format SLA / DLP 3D printers, and began rethinking how everyday products could feel — and function — better.

🐾 Tougher, cleaner toys — dense, smooth surfaces that feel great in hand and rinse clean.
💺 Smarter lumbar supports — zoned lattices: firm where needed, soft where wanted.

🌍 Less waste — printed on demand, not in bulk.
Why We Exist
PrintMorrow wasn’t built to show off technology.
It was born from frustration — with products that looked fine but never felt right.
We wanted things that breathe better, last longer, and waste less.
So we stopped waiting for better tools —
and built our own way forward,
one print at a time.
